The day of the appointment, you will receive a link to a telemedicine visit (you will need to be logged in to your computer or smart phone).

During the appointment we will discuss your medical history, symptoms and goals of therapy. The total cost for this assessment is $250.

We will order a comprehensive lab and hormone panel to assess your health status and needs.

During the follow-up visit (1 week later) we will discuss your lab results treatment options.
