Service Description

I will email you an order for a comprehensive lab panel. Schedule an appointment for the service that you are interested in. Pay $50 (non-refundable) consultation deposit. The day of the appointment, you will receive a link to a telemedicine visit (you will need to be logged in to your computer or smart phone). During the appointment we will discuss your medical history, symptoms and goals of therapy. I will send you an order for a comprehensive lab panel which you can have completed at the lab of your choice (You can bill your insurance for this). You will need to provide a set of vital signs including weight, blood pressure, pulse and respiratory rate for the follow-up visit (Approximately 1 week later). Fill out provided, online medical history form. During the follow-up visit, we will discuss your lab results and treatment options. If you elect to start treatment, you will be required to sign consent forms, we will discuss payment options (H3 does not accept any insurance, Medicare or Medicaid. We do accept HSA payments). If medications are necessary, I will order them, and they will be delivered to your door. You have anytime access to Hankins Hormonal Health (HHH) providers via telephone, email or text to answer questions or address concerns. You will be billed a monthly subscription fee for these services (Prices vary depending on program and are listed on the service heading). Discounts are available for 3,6- or 12-month prepayments.
